2. Excellent double anti-reverse flow function
ZTE's aeration system is a rigorous overall design system, from the pipeline connection parts, tee, pipeline, plug, pipeline adjustment bracket and condensate discharge system, all of which fully demonstrate the experience accumulated by ZTE people in the field of aeration . In order to prevent the reverse flow phenomenon when the air supply is interrupted, the ZTE aeration system has specially designed the central part of the aerator and the air inlet part. A check valve is added inside the aerator to strictly control the quality of the aeration diaphragm. Good resilience performance, the small holes on the diaphragm can expand and contract by themselves, so that the air holes can be closed freely, the incoming air does not need special filtering, and the intermittent aeration is not blocked. When the pipeline system stops air supply, it can effectively prevent the mixed liquid from entering Distribute the air branch pipe, so as to avoid the blockage of the aerator and the branch pipe due to entering the mixed liquid.

Installation requirements
1. Before installing the microporous aerator, it is necessary to check whether the aeration branch pipe is clean.
2. Ensure that each aerator should be on the same horizontal plane, the horizontal error is allowed to be within the range of ±5mm, and the entire surface of the aerator should be perpendicular to the ground, and there should be no inclination.
3. The adjustment level of the pipe adjusting bracket provided by our company is within 70mm, so it is required that the civil construction unit should control the level at the bottom of the pool within 50mm.
4. After the product is installed, it will enter the water, and the water surface will submerge about 150mm on the surface of the aerator to test the aeration, and check the sealing performance of the aeration pipeline and the aeration effect.
5. When designing the air distribution pipe of the aerator, it must have a ring structure. When designing the air distribution system for a large project, the oblique angle (chamfer) around the pool wall should be considered, generally about 500-650mm away from the pool wall.
6. The air loss of the aeration system pipeline and the aerator should be considered in the selection of the aeration system and the blower. Therefore, a certain air pressure margin should be considered when selecting the fan model. Generally, a water column of 1000mm can be left.
