Product overview
ZX type tubular microporous aerator is composed of membrane tube and UPVC lining tube. It has simple structure, high oxygen utilization rate, reliable performance, no blockage of air holes, long service life, convenient installation and maintenance, and can be fixed type. It can also be installed in a suspension-pulling and hoisting way. Therefore, the device has strong adaptability and is suitable for new sewage treatment plants and reconstruction of existing sewage treatment plants. Its hoistable installation requires no interruption of system operation during maintenance and repairs.
Product performance characteristics
1. The membrane tube of ZX type tubular microporous aerator is made of imported EPDM rubber and imported silica gel. The inner liner of the aerator is made of thickened UPVC water supply pipe, and the hoop material is 304 or 316 stainless steel.
2. The wall thickness of the membrane tube is 1.8mm, and the micro-holes are punched by mechanical punching. The number of punching holes in 1 meter is about 22,000. The diameter of the opening aperture is 1.0mm. , The product is not easy to block and has a long service life.
3. Uniform aeration, small bubbles, high oxygen utilization rate and high power efficiency.
4. The inner thread of the inlet pipe of the tubular aerator is connected with a 1" inner thread.
5. The structure is simple and the installation is convenient. It can be installed in a fixed or elevated manner.
6. When various aerators fixedly installed at the bottom of the original pool need to be transformed, they can be directly transformed into liftable tubular aerators without releasing water under the condition that the original intake pipes remain unchanged.

Technical parameters
Design and installation
1. If the tubular microporous aerator is designed with fixed installation, its aeration system should be installed in a loop connection method, preferably with an exhaust valve for each group, and the installation level should be controlled within the range of ±5mm.
2. If the tubular microporous aerator is designed with a liftable installation, the following issues should be paid attention to:
①The aerator is installed about 200-500mm from the bottom of the pool, and the height from the bottom of the pool can also be designed according to requirements.
②When designing the air distribution pipe, a valve should be installed to control the air volume and use it when replacing it in the future.
③ If the intake pipe adopts UPVC1.6Pa water supply pipe, then the tubular aerator must be counterweighted, and the weight is calculated according to the actual situation, while the intake pipe is made of steel pipe or stainless steel pipe, no counterweight is required.
④ For large-scale sewage treatment plants, due to the wide pool surface and insufficient strength of the intake manifold, a beam-type column can be added between the pools to support the intake manifold, or a chain-type installation can be used.
⑤ The use of liftable tube aerators can transform the original fixed installation of various aeration devices without the need to discharge water.
Product storage
Before the aerator rubber membrane tube is used, it must be placed in the original packaging in a dark, dry, ventilated, dust-free space to prevent damage to the aerator membrane tube caused by factors such as ultraviolet radiation, freezing, and heat.
