Product specification

1. It can be used as a removable aeration belt. The common specification is DN65. The specific length is customized according to the size of the aeration tank. The thickness of the membrane tube is 0.4-0.6mm.

2. It is used as a tubular aerator membrane tube, the common specification is DN65, the length is 550mm, 750mm, 1000mm, etc. (the length can be customized according to requirements), and the thickness of the membrane tube is 0.6~1.0mm.

Product features

1. The aeration belt is made of imported TPU material, which has good tensile and tear resistance and strong elasticity.

2. It has the advantages of excellent acid and alkali resistance, impact resistance, aging resistance, grease resistance, bending resistance, uniform air distribution, etc. It can be curled and packaged, which is more convenient for transportation.

3. Due to the relatively thin wall thickness of the membrane tube, the loss of aeration resistance is greatly reduced, which not only achieves the purpose of energy saving, but also has a high oxygen utilization rate.

4. The aeration belt can be replaced by the extraction and replacement type of the aeration installation method without shutting down or emptying the sewage in the pool, which is more convenient for installation, management and replacement.

5. The installation distance of the replacement type is 15~20cm, and the ventilation rate is 0.5~2.0m3/m·h. It is used as a tubular aerator membrane tube, and the ventilation rate is 2.0~6.0m3/m3·h.
