Product structure
1. The ZX type rotary mixing aerator is composed of a multi-functional dynamic mixing core, a split diffuser ring, a double-layer diffuser tooth, an inverted tooth diffuser, a pipe saddle joint and a stainless steel fastener.
2. The saddle joint of the aerator distribution pipe, the multi-functional dynamic rotating mixing core, the diverter diffuser ring, and the double-layer diffuser teeth are made of ABS engineering plastics, and the inverted teeth diffuser is made of polypropylene or ABS engineering materials.
3. The dimensions of the aerator are Ф260mm and Ф290mm.
Product features
1. The air diffusion process of the aerator is completed by four parts: swirl, diversion, collision and cutting, so that the large-hole exhaust air bubbles are broken, thinned and evenly distributed and the air rises.

Installation requirements
1. The aerator is installed in a loop of the air distribution pipe network, and the connecting pipe of the aerator is DN65 and the pressure is 1.0Mpa UPVC water supply pipe.
2. The inside of the aeration tank should be cleaned and kept clean, the bottom of the tank should be basically flat, and the installation level error of each aerator is allowed to be within the range of ±5mm.
3. After the aerator is installed, it should be maintained with water within a week, and protective measures such as preventing heavy objects from being smashed and welding burns should be taken.
