Product structure

The shell of ZX type single-hole membrane aerator is made of ABS plastic. It can be fixed on the Ф25ABS, UPVC pipe or stainless steel pipe by the semi-circular upper clip single-hole membrane and the lower clip, and then fixed on the filter plate with stainless steel bracket .

Product features

Cobblestones with a height of 200mm and a diameter of Φ5mm are stacked above the single-hole membrane aerator, and then filled with uniform filter material and ceramsite filter material. Under the condition of oxygenation, the bubble diameter is small, and the bubble distribution range is large. The concave-convex structure is not easy to be blocked, and it is not easy to be crushed by various filter materials.

Installation instructions

1. In the biological aerated filter, first install the filter plate and the special filter head for the biological aerated filter, and then install the single-hole membrane aerator. When installing, you must pay attention to the support bracket to be firm, preferably 304 stainless steel bracket.

2. If it is confirmed that there is no hidden quality risk after the installation of the single-hole membrane aerator, it can be poured into the cobblestone cushion (about 200mm in height), so that it should be handled with care, and the single-hole membrane aerator and ventilation pipeline should not be damaged, and then fill Enter the quartz sand, and finally pour the biological ceramsite filter material.

3. When the product is not poured into the cushion before and after installation, it is not suitable for heavy pressure.

4. If the product is not installed immediately after arrival, try to place it in a dark and ventilated room. If it is to be stacked outdoors, it must be covered with a sunshade cloth to avoid damage.
