Using the traditional one-mould-one-plate manufacturing process, the levelness of the filter plate is difficult to control during prefabrication and installation. Generally, the levelness of a single filter tank can be controlled within ±5mm. head, the level of a single filter can be controlled within ±1mm. The whole tank pouring filter plate is a relatively advanced production process of the filter tank water distribution system at home and abroad, and its advantages are as follows:

1. The overall pouring concrete filter plate structure of the single-cell filter fundamentally solves the air leakage and water leakage caused by the lack of tight joints in the prefabricated small filter plate process.

2. The filter plate and the filter tank form an integral structure, which increases the effective thickness (150-200mm), firmness and rigidity of the filter plate and prolongs the service life.

3. The installation and construction are quick and easy. After the whole filter plate is poured with reinforced concrete, the levelness error of the same filter tank can be controlled within ±10mm, and the adjustable filter head is used to adjust the levelness.

4. The seam sealant and stainless steel anchor between the filter plates are reduced, and the project cost is reduced.

Construction method

1. Level the filter beam in the filter tank, and place the plastic formwork on the filter beam (as a formwork for pouring, do not remove).

2. Fix the plastic formwork and bind the steel bars according to the design requirements.

3. Install the filter head pre-embedded seat on the plastic formwork and cover the filter head construction sealing cover.

4. Concrete filter plate is poured, and the concrete filter plate is maintained.

5. After the maintenance period of the filter plate has expired, remove the sealing cover of the filter head, screw the filter handle into the embedded part, pour clean water into the filter tank to the required water level, and use special tools to adjust the filter handle of each filter head to the same level. high.

6. Select and install a filter cap with a gap that meets the requirements according to the designed opening ratio requirements, and remove the clean water in the filter tank.
